Patrick was intelligent with an enquiring and lively mind; he had eclectic tastes and wide ranging interests. He was a special person who was ebullient, enthusiastic and witty; he had a warm personality, and keen sense of humour and fun. He was a great friend; he was wonderful company and was justifiably popular. Patrick was most certainly one of the good guys he will be missed by many.
